Two Color Injection Mold

The two color injection molds can combine two feeds or colors with different characteristics into a single product processing both characteristics. First it molds semi-finish product with plastic material A, move to the model, and molds the plastic material B onto it as the final product.
This molding technology does not require assembly or post-bonding treatment process, and save the production cost on the melting and printing. The product will have more added value and view pleasure, and an enhanced friction anti-slipping feature, with the gentle touch on the ergonomic surface.

Air-Assist Molding

Air-assist molding is to induce high-pressure nitrogen gas into part of the moldings during the injection process. This gas is injected through hallow gas inductor or mechanical jet immediately after the solvent.
Air-assist molding can save plastic material, reduce heat loss, shorten injection tube replacement time, and hence shorten production cycle. The plastic product has less stress in the molding, more production volume, higher quality, and prevent shrinking and wrinkles.
